The Corporation owns three properties known as Pioneer Road, Valley Arm and St Clair. The WNAC is trying to utilise each property, so they are productive for the Wonnarua people. This includes development of the St Clair property into the Wonnarua Cultural Park. This will have a Community Hall, Replica of the old church and accomodation. The Valley Arm property is being utilised as a BioBanking site. The Biobanking scheme provides WNAC with funding to protect the native flora and fauna on the property. St Clair

The St Clair property is behind Lake St Clair and is 33 acres. The old St Clair mission, an Aboriginal mission where many Wonnarua people lived and worked, was located on part of this property.
Pioneer Road

The property known as Pioneer Road is 24 acres located at Sedgefield, outside Singleton. This property has a house and is used regularly as a meeting place for the Wonnarua people.
Valley Arm

The property at Valley Arm is near the Paynes Crossing area and is approximately 78 acres. This is the location of the first Aboriginal Biobanking site in Australia.
